Problem Based Learning(PBL) Shahputra Medical School

Problem Based Learning (PBL) session. Sometime its just freaking session, but it always make up our tought, confidence and  language influency.

As Shahputra medical student, our PBL session was held weekly and being separated into two section in 2 separated week. First week is for interpreting the case, while the other week is for case discussion.

For the first section, we started the PBL session by open-up the new case as our lecturer give some trigger related to what we have learn for those week.

Basically, chairman will initiate some point for us to brain-storm the case, meanswhile subsciber will jot down any relevent idea.

Usually, this PBL session undergo around 2 to 3 hour, depending on the difficulty of the case.

Then, we will close our case with some learning issue related the trigger that need to go for more detail research.

Next PBL section, our previous case will be open back and every group member already standby with their point regarding the previous learning issue.

The session proceed in different way (in aspect of presentation) as it depend on individual effort, as long as the point are right related to the case.
